Mark Antonucci, Senior Trainer

Mark Antonucci has a twenty year record of accomplishment in the field of learning and development. He has designed, developed and delivered seminars on leadership, self-development and change management to managers and staff at all levels of the organization during that time.

For the past seven years, he has served as Regional Chairman for the Institute for Management Studies (IMS) where he has been responsible for developing content and relevant subject matter for presentation to the IMS membership.

He is chairman of the IMS Regional advisory board which consists of senior leadership development representatives from over twenty-five major corporations in the New York area

Formerly, Mark was Director of Organizational Development at Newsday in Melville, NY where he instituted a management development curriculum - the first of its kind at Newsday. He also led quality improvement initiatives that resulted in the highest rate of efficiency achieved in thirty-four years in the Production area.

Mark was the lead instructor for an intensive re-training program for underwriting agents at Chubb & Son that resulted in an 12% increase in targeted business. He is also the developer of the core sales training program used by the Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA) for its over 10,000 members.
